We believe that exercise should be made FUN.

Our primary business is:
Movement Education – 6 months old to 6 years
Gymnastics – 6 years and Up
Power Tumbling – 7 years and up

Trampoline – 5 years and up
All-Star Cheer – 3 years and up

The Palaestra opened its doors in June 2001 with 3,400 square feet of space. After three years we moved to our current location at 3550 Garden Brook Drive, Farmers Branch, TX 75234, where we were able to expand our programs into a 15,000 square foot facility.                      

Becki Weathers is the owner and manager of The Palaestra L.L.C.   Becki is helped by family and close friends who share her love for children. The Palaestra's Mission Statement is:

"The Palaestra promotes smiles, laughter & a life long love of Movement for every child.  We provide a creative environment that stimulates interest while presenting challenges."
