The Palaestra offers individualized instruction in Developmental Gymnastics, Movement Education, Tumbling, Trampoline and Cheer as well as Traditional Gymnastics. Instruction begins for children at 6 months of age and continues through high school to college. The Palaestra creates an environment that stimulates interest and introduces challenges to develop a strong foundation for physical and mental growth. Developmental Gymnastics guides your child through basic gymnastic skills and movements utilizing games, music and exploration for learning.
