COVID-19 Face Mask Update
Per CDC recommendations, The Palaestra will now be requiring face mask/coverings for anyone 2 years and up. During exercise, participants may remove their masks. A mask must be worn while entering and exiting the facility. All non-participants (staff, parents, etc.) must wear a face mask at all times.
Thank you for your continued support. Please see CDC guidelines on face coverings for more details.
Please contact us with further questions or concerns.
COVID-19 CONTINUED SUPPORT!
The Palaestra and our staff are grateful for your cooperation with our precautions and protocols. In combination with our hard work on safety and cleanliness, we have been able to open for gymnasts for three months so far. We are thankful for your continued loyalty, trust, and cooperation in helping avoid the spread of the virus while maintaining a healthy activity level for your child and family.
We continue to focus daily on extra safety precautions including temperature check-ins, facial masks required for all staff and adults in the building, increased cleaning throughout the facility, sanitization of equipment between events, social distancing as much as possible, maintaining a capacity of less than 50% inside, and handwashing/sanitizing between every rotation.
COVID-19 MASK UPDATE!
For the Health and Safety of The Palaestra Families, Friends, and Staff - We must follow these guidelines:
With the new executive order from the governor-all staff will continue to wear face coverings. Students/Athletes that are 9 years and under are not required to wear a face covering. Students/Athletes that are 10 years and over are required to wear a mask into and out of the gym. Wearing masks during classes/practices will be at the coaches' discretion for safety purposes while performing skills or drills.
We think this will be the next step to keeping everyone safe as far as following order.
ATTENTION COVID-19 UPDATE!
For the Health and Safety of The Palaestra Families, Friends, and Staff - Our Instructors have tested and results have come back negative. All Classes and Team Practices will resume this Wednesday, July 8th, 2020.
