"We have been coming to the Palaestra for 15+ years. This is my daughter's home away from home. Ask them where they want to be on their time off and you will hear: Gym! The minute you walk in the door you feel welcome. The staff is top notch and well respected. We have been involved in Becki's babies, rec classes, open gym, masquerade balls at Halloween, birthday parties and team. There has never been a bad experience. Becki and her staff create a great rapport with the kids and I know that mine are having fun and staying fit in a safe environment. We love the Palaestra!"
